8/26/01 - Hmm... new record. Well, least this time there are some actual updates to speak of.
First, there are some new friends and family pages in a different format than you'd remember if you were one of the 5 people that saw them before. Plans are to add more, particularly in the way of, ya know, actual family. PS- the captions are popups when you scroll over the picture, so don't yell at me for putting up pictures and no captions.
Second update is the addition of a few new categories, including Birds of North America, evil stuffs, and a section for animals I've worked with or had.
You may also notice I broke a long standing rule on this site, specifically in that I now have some pictures of me scattered about. Not many, but some seemed to fit into categories and there was no point excluding them just because they're me. More to come, depending of course on how long this fit of updating lasts.

5/21/00 - In the best interests of the site, I put up the lamest flash movie in creation on the index page. It gave me a way to add a slightly new look to it without actually having to make any new graphics which is far too much effort to put in at 4 in the morning.
In other news, the Montana general fishing season started yesterday which gives me a whole new purpose in life: that of being laughed at by some of the best trout in the world as they take my fly, spit it out, then come out of the water just enough to give me the finger with a pectoral fin. There's always dynamite.
Oh, great idea! I should have brought a camera yesterday to take pictures of the fishing adventures for the new, and as yet still empty, Montana photo journal section. Oh well, I didn't. Oops.

3/20/00 - So a year passes with exactly one update to the news... well, I for one am not surprised.
For now I'm planning on adding/changing some things (I know, I know... shut up), but have yet to decide what I really want it to look like in the end. That, unfortunately, is not conducive to any any sort of resolution soon. Deal with it.
Those evil bastards at Geocities decided that since I hadn't uploaded anything to their server for several months, they'd nuke my account. Therefore a lot of my graphics went poof, too. Normally that'd hint to me that I needed to make some new ones, but I can't find any of my 3d programs and anything I did by hand would look every bit as cool as a fraternity house toilet saturday morning after finals week.
Planning some new sections, we'll see how they go.

6/11/99 - Whoa, check me out. Am I king slacker of all time or what? You may call me "Your Royal Highness" or I'll have your head chopped off. I had my last final a few hours ago and I'm already extremely bored, so although that doesn't bode well for my excitement, it may mean good things for this page. Hell, its already meant an update to the news. So anyone see the new Star Wars? That was pretty cool, eh? I need a light saber to smack my roommates around with when they piss me off. Ah hell, I can't think of anything to say, I haven't updated a damn thing. This page is the same as it was months ago, just with bigger numbers on the counters, and I didn't code that. I have a ton of jokes to add, and maybe someday I will. When I get bored enough. Till then, lates.

3/14/98 - And it came to pass that Greg did verily slacketh in the updatage of the page. Ah well, have this update: I added like 10 new jokes. I know, its not much, but its something. Lets you know I care and whatnot. The joke page has almost taken on a life of its own at this point and I am a proud daddy. I am a hair's breadth away from the 100th Altavista search engine referal and I must say that some of the things people look for who come to my page are a bit odd. Oh well, so is the page and its author, so all the more welcome.
I also got my first few non-Altavista hits on it, most notably from Infoseek. Both pages have also passed the 800 hit mark... guess I'll throw a party or something at 1000.
I've been playing with some new graphics for both pages, but I haven't really come up with anything I liked yet. I'll keep playing though.

1/20/99 - Not really any news I can think of, but I figured since I was in here putting in a helpful reminder to all my friends (look above) I might as well write something. At least there will be a more recent date so people don't think I'm slacking too badly.

1/12/99 - So I changed the welcome page again. Wasn't quite happy with it the way it was and the world will be a much better place now that its revised again. I also tabled the jokes (which I should have done a loooong time ago but was to lazy to) so they're a lot cleaner looking, too. Hell, in 10-12 years this page might almost look cool.

1/11/99 - Welcome to the new year! In perfect Greg-like style I didn't do squat to the page. Vacation is over and I'm now back in school and I must admit I didn't do a damn thing over the break. Sue me, I'm a bum.
I did change the Welcome page over to a table format, but I did that tonight and not over the break. I guess it looks okay. Lot neater and more compact than the old welcome page, but it looks like theres nothing here. Oh well.
I'm thinking I'll follow the same table kinda format with the jokes pages as opposed to frames.
So I have human anatomy this quarter and my lab partners are a nun and a 19 year old unmarried mother of two... always always always happens to me. Should be an interesting quarter, anyway.

12/10/98 - Finals are over! Christmas vacation is upon me! I'll try to do some more work on the page. We'll see.

12/03/98 - La dee da. Um... new joke or two.
Classes are over for the quarter, and finals are next week. Should be a joyous experience as always.
Sorry to all that I haven't been working harder on the page, I've been extremely busy with school and several new computer games I bought. I've been thinking about a facelift for the page over Christmas break, I'm getting a bit tired of looking at it the way it is and I never look at it so it must be even worse for those that do.

11/12/98 - Oh yeah, quit buggin me about putting up pics of myself. I HATE pictures of myself, and as such I choose not to put any on here. Besides, I hear pictures capture your soul. My friends wont mind that as they're all soul-less heathens, but there won't be any of me. Sorry ladies, you'll just have to continue dreaming.

11/12/98 - Okay okay okay, here's your update. Umm... added a few jokes, but they're coming in pretty damn slow. Most of the hits on the jokes page from search engines are for black or mexican jokes and I don't think I really have any of either.
I added soothing background music to a lot of pages for your listening pleasure while you surf through.
The photoessay of my life is going slower than I thought. It would appear that my life is, in fact, pretty damn dull. I do have some cool pictures, but nothing worth making a whole new page over yet. Look for it in the future.
Oh yeah, I rebuilt my computer, Adolf. He's sportin a Celeron 300a overclocked to 466mhz, 128 megs of pc100 ram, an Abit BH6 motherboard, a Yamaha soundcard (thanks Johnston), and a Creative Graphics Blaster Riva TNT video card. Solitaire and Freecell have never looked so good.

10/22/98 - Whoa... ugly week. Haven't got squat done for a while now, but I got some new pics back and they'll be going up shortly. I also updated the jokes pages and changed the layout. They're still a bit cumbersome and I might need to play with them some more before they get much bigger.
Hopefully I'll get some more done this weekend. Got a lotta stuff to do for school still, but I'm far less likely to do it than I was last week and thats good news for the page. Guess we'll all be surprised to see what happens in the near future.
BTW, if anyone has a spare K6-2 350 laying around, feel free to send it. I'll take good care of it, I promise.

10/13/98 - K, lets see what I've done... I've actually got jokes up on the jokes page now. So thats something.
I got the first roll of film for my photo essay in today, those should be interesting. Guess I'll put some work into that after I get them back and decide how I wanna set it up.
I'm also thinking about going with frames on some of the pages to reduce the scrolling, but I really am not a fan of frames... might try to just compress the pages more. I'm still searching for buttons I like for things like "back" and such. Might just have to make my own.
Oh yeah, I moved all the friends/people I know pages off of the welcome page to a page of their own and added a few. There will be more additions in the near future.

10/11/98 - Umm... not a lot to update. The application to be my friend works now, as does the joke submission form. I'm still waiting for a joke worth putting up.

10/08/98 - What do ya know? Cal Poly has decided to get hectic on me. Life's gonna be nuts for a while, so I don't know how much I'm gonna get done here. The application to be my friend should work now (I hope). I also want to add a jokes page, and I'll link a joke submission form off the page. Until I get that up, just email them to me.
Geocities was kind enough to donate another 11 megs of server space for me to grow into, so if you have any pictures, wavs, or whatever you want to see up let me know. As for me, I get to spend the weekend peeling labels off of pepsi bottles for the Block and Bridle club at Cal Poly... Least I'm getting units for it.

The guestbook and counter seem to be adequate and I got this wonderful site registered on a few search engines. I opted not to include "horny" and "sluts sluts sluts" in the keywords for gratuitous hits as I don't really wanna see what kinda messages would be left in my email and guest book when people got here and didn't see any porn...

10/06/98 - My brilliance shines through yet again with the cool idea to do a photo essay on my life. I finished the first role of film today and will be taking it in to get developed in the next day or two.
I also inserted a new counter and guestbook as the old ones didn't seem to want to cooperate. These don't, either, but at least there are no flowers.
